VRforCAD is a developing application, part of my PhD work titled: "Virtual Reality for Computer Aided Design". The application combines two systems: Computer-aided design (CAD) system and Virtual Reality system with its special equipments for visualization and manipulation.

The application is developed in Java and Java3D API, and is released as free software under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
